Hope you are having a wonderful Holiday season! We also hope that 2012 brings great things your way. Seems like time has been flying so fast and now it is almost time for our next IDL general meeting! It will be held in Washington, D.C. during the Mid-Atlantic Leather Weekend (MAL) on Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm at the DC Center (a LGBT community center). The address is 1318 U Street, NW -- easily within walking distance from the U Street/Cordozo Metro Station, which is on the green line. Please be on tme -- we have much to discuss!

Later in the evening from 4 to 6 pm, we are gathering at the Green Lantern for an IDL Social/Fundraiser. Come and meet our current titleholders, International Mr. and Ms. Deaf Leather and International Deaf Leatherboy 2011! We will have beer draft, jello or liquid shooters and 50/50 raffle tickets -- our gathering will be held on the first floor.

If you've never been to the Green Lantern (GL) before, this is the address -- 1335 Green Court, NW, Washington, DC. Please remember this bar is hidden behind other buildings and office buildings surrounding GL. It is a bit hard to find there. The bar is basically located near L Street and 14th Street , NW. There is an alley located across 14th Street from CVS. The another alley located across L Street from Quiznos.
